1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ParakHFM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (Canada, United States, United Kingdom) to use ParakHFM. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. License to Use ParakHFM

ParakH facility Manager grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal accounting needs, subject to these Terms.

4. User Accounts and Security

You must register an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Maintain the security of your password

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

  • Access to certain features of ParakHFM may require a paid subscription.

  • Prices and features are subject to change with notice.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

6. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

  • Use ParakHFM for any unlawful purpose

  • Interfere with the operation of the service

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or data

  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify the software without permission

7. Data Privacy and Protection

We comply with applicable data protection laws in Canada (PIPEDA), the United States (including CCPA where applicable), and the United Kingdom (UK GDPR and DPA 2018). For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

ParakHFM may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Use them at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and software associated with ParakHFM are owned or licensed by ParakH facility Manager You may not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the software.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or if required by law. Upon termination, all licenses granted will cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParakH facility Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ParakHFM. Use of the service is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParakH facility Manager, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified via email or on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

  • Canada – Provincial and federal laws

  • United States – State laws and federal law as applicable

  • United Kingdom – Laws of England and Wales

Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
